Our Story
Born from a shared passion for high-quality craftmanship and a love for the beauty, strength and durability of Cedar wood, Cedar Trellis Co was founded by Dave Wilson and Theo Lloyd to help garden owners and designers transform outdoor spaces, through timeless yet contemporary trellis solutions.
Our journey together began more than 20 years ago as landscapers building beautiful, handcrafted gardens. Working closely with designers, we deliver bespoke landscaped gardens for private clients across London and the South East, and it is through this work that we quickly developed our love and appreciation for Cedar-wood products.
Spanning trellises, screens, pergolas, benches and outdoor kitchens, we have designed from scratch, hand-crafted, and then installed bespoke Cedar products in hundreds of gardens across the South East – both modern and more traditional, urban and rural.
As we built up this expertise we spotted a clear gap in the market for premium, responsibly sourced Cedar wood trellis products, engineered with an unwavering focus on quality techniques and processes that ensure consistency, longevity and the highest standard of products.

Through Cedar Trellis Co we offer a range of elegant modular trellis products – or the option for completely bespoke commissions – which are all made-to-order in our north-London workshop and can be delivered throughout the UK.
